New Rig questions

Hi all,
I am about to order a new core 2 duo rig and am looking to get the best overclock. Hopeing to get about 3.5ghz. Anyway there are a few questions I was hopeing you guys could help me with. This is what im looking at now. I'm really not sure about the ram, and the cpu. I have herd via anands midrange guide that Super Talent is very good. As far as gfx goes I am waiting on the Nvidia 8600 coming out next month . Let me know what you guys think, Thanks

That Dominator memory looks really sick for only a cool 244$ after rebate.

Well the E4300 is only 30$ cheaper than the E6400 so which ever one will OC higher is the one i want . I think the multiplier on the 6400 is 8x where the E4300 is 9x right? Yeah the DS3 sounds good, much cheaper than the ASUS. I still havent found any dominator ddr2 800 reviews. I dont know if it is beter than the super talent.
