It has little nubs that hold it. Most (well alot of) CD drives acutally have them, some swivel out of the way. You can also use these type of cases on their side usually, under your monitor. If you look at the review it has cool tilt-out drive bays.

There are two 35$ Apex cases that get 5 stars: TM-163 which looks cool and has 34 reviews, but no front audio,
and TM-302 nice stealth job on the front ports

Newegg's 16$ shipping may be about average.

HERE is a tiny Silverstone case with 240W PSU for $29 + $12 ship. It's really small: 5.8"W x 14.75"D x 13"H
Used to be ~60 when it first came out. Not the prettiest, but Silverstone makes good stuff; there is a good chance the PSU is superior to any other $30 case/w PSU out there.
Review

There are a few different colors of Raidmax Astro 268 for $36-37 there too. 350W. Silver shipping is only $10. The other colors have an acrylic window and blue LED

I?m still don?t understand why you are going with the round cables, but if that is what you want then who am I to argue.

I haven?t Personally bought memory in a while, but you might want to look at Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 256MB DDR PC-3200. It has more user feedback and a five star rating and only costs $1 more (besides Corsair Value Select memory is mentioned quite often here as being good memory). The Mushkin memory is probably fine but with only $1 difference the Corsair looks very tempting.

Round cables might make a little more sense in a micro-ATX, because airflow is more of an issue, but it is easy to round your regular cables with a few zip ties, duct tape, or whateva. (try plastic bread-bag tabs anyone?) There are a few articles about it that DO NOT include slicing between the wires. Besides origami, what else to do with the IDE cables that come with the mobo?

ive become a real big fan of the round cables ever since i got them for my rig, and for 2 -3 bucks its worth it, as far as the cables that come with the mobo lol i just save them, i had a bunch of saved cables last year and when i built 2 pc's for friends i ended up using them all so you never know when they will come in handy, besides i have this amd k6-2 processor/mobo combo here in my old mobo box that i need to do somthin with and for a few bucks i could probably get that one up and runnin.

Yeah, that's the case. I guess $63.49 is a bit much for the rig we're lookin' at, but that case is soo nice, for a micro. I just looked on NE and I can't find the case listed anymore. The psu mod. number is FSP270-50snv. I translate that to mean a sparkle/fortron unit. Correct me if I'm wrong.
