New rig, can old PSU cut it?

Hi guys,

I'm ordering a new system in the next day or so and am just doing final research on the PSU. According to this site when I put in what my new system will be (and a couple of possible upgrades such as extra HDD, more fans) and 20% capacitor aging I am recommended ~344W.

I'm just wondering if my current PSU would be ok. It is a "Hiper 530W Black Type-M PSU - ATX v2.2, Silent/Temp Control, Active PFC, SLI Ready". It's about a year younger than the rest of my current rig (got the PSU around Dec 06) and I'm pretty sure it runs all that comfortably (Athlon64 3200, X800 XT etc).

Looking to be running the following:
Intel E5300
Gigabyte P31 mobo
2x2GB DDR2-800 - will be the value corsair/kingston/crucial/etc
Radeon HD 5750 1GB
2x SATA-II HDDs
2x DVDRW SATA drives
2x 120mm (ish)

When I put this in the calculator mentioned above and 50% capacitor aging I am reccomended ~400W. Am I even using the cap aging function correctly? I was under the impression my PSU was pretty good quality for midrangey stuff when I got it, would it still be up to the job?

No!

Hiper are crappy PSU. I have the 580W modular unit and it just barly gets buy powering my lowly socket 939 X2 3800 and a 7900GS and 7300GT. The unit i have has the exact specs yours does. Get a good quality PSU.
 
Any recommendations?

Looking at Corsair CX 400W and VX 450W.

I know PSU is not an area you want to skimp on but my wallet really would like to pick the 400W out of those two.

The reviews at jonnyguru seem decent, and your system won't use much power.

i'ld give this as an excuse to get a nice high efficient power supply such as a seasonic or pc power n cooling. 400W should be minimum for you, at least on paper. Honestly, my system has 4 hard drives, an 8800gt and an E8400 and i never go over 300 watts... so i dunno
 
That looks like the old Andyson crap.
I'd not use it, sinc it hasn't that much power on the +12V rail(s).

I don't know what units are available where you live, but take a look at the antecs, especially the Trupower New 550W.
