Traded the S4 in 🙂

01 6 speed manual, 56K miles. Better car than the audi in just about every aspect.

I love the E46 M3's. My favorite is Laguna Seca Blue. I like these much more than the E9x series. This is not mine but a pic of a Laguna Seca Blue M3.

Great success, picked up a set of blizzaks with wheels for 300 locally. Might be able to drive the car without shitting bricks.

Lost about 1500, but this is with my putting 10K miles on the S4. I'm moving to Chicago, so I didn't have much time to mess with private sale etc.

How many hours did you have invested? It's all good learning so I'm sure it wasn't wasted anyway. The M3 is gorgeous.

Nice, I knew there are at least 3 guys on board with e46 m3s.

I just got the maintenance records - hit a jackpot. Car had new trans swapped in at 32K, VANOS rebuilt at 37K, Inspection II at 45K (currently 56K) and about 30 more pages of records I haven't gone thru yet.

I guess it's good all that maintenance has been completed but it's kinda scary having a car with that much work already done to the powertrain. All that's left is for the electrical gremlins to start popping up.

Electrical gremlins on an E46?

The previous owner had 0 deductible extended warranty and claimed freaking everything. Console cupholders, sun visors etc.
