HTF did he get that big in the first place? Must be some genetic disorder. With that much fat, he'd be pickling his internal organs (or just crushing them to death). HTF is he alive? :shocked:

I saw a special about this guy. His girlfriend (yes, he has a girlfriend. What does that say about some of the guys around here if he can get a woman?? :laugh🙂 was cleaning his ass because obviously he can't do it himself. Now that is sick.......almost as sick as the thought of him having sex.....

Wow, we did a gastric bypass on a 400 lb guy today.

Oddly enough, pretty normal.......she was hispanic, but this guys is from Mexico I believe, so that makes sense. She didn't appear overweight at all.....
