new receiver question?

Im interested in buying a Onkyo 606 receiver on ebay with the 25% off deal that is going on now, however I am concerned at how it will work with my tv.

I have a Olevia 32" LCD HDTV that only has a DVI port and no HDMI connections. Right now I use this with my PS3 via HDMI to DVI cable and the regular red white audio cables for sound.

I am concerned that my TV will be inadequate for this setup and will not be compatible with the Onkyo 606.

I understand I can run an hdmi cable from the PS3 to the 606 and then the hdmi to DVI cable to the TV to take care of video, but what connection will I run for the audio? I assume I will be stuck running the old audio connections and will not be able to take advantage of the benefits of hdmi because of my TV.

Please let me know as I am interested in this receiver, I am just worried that it will be crippled because of my tv.

If you wanted to use the receiver with the PS3 you would run digital audio from the PS3 to the receiver. The TV has nothing to do with it.

If the Onkyo has HDMI, then do this:

PS3 ->(HDMI)-> Onkyo -> (HDMI to DVI) -> TV
