I open the brown box, and inside is the Radeon box, HOWEVER! It wasn't sealed! The plastic wrap was clearly opened on one side. I pull the box out and open it, and the card is inside, but it is clear that the the card has been removed from the anti static bag for whatever reason. I'm gonna install it and make sure they didn't switch the retail radeon with an OEM.

Do the gold contacts show signs of having been used in an AGP slot?
If so, sounds like MWave are recycling RMA returns after checking theyre ok 🙁
Wouldnt be nice to think you had been sent an overclocking junkies reject even though the card may be ok.
Personally i wouldnt even try it, but return it for a refund myself.
If theyve been used they should be sold as second-hand or "B" grade stock.
If you bought as new "Retail" i would not be impressed.

Maybe they opened it to get the serial number off the card. Could you tell if it had been put in an AGP slot? I would call them and see what they had to say about it.

testing it now, still not sure about it. Seems ok. If there's anything fishy, I'll just make a trip out to best buy.
