I received a coupon in my inbox to try the new Beef Brisket sub. I wanted to try it because I always enjoyed my Grandma's brisket. I found this to be not as good. It is beef (perhaps the same beef they use in other beef sandwiches) on both sides and a layer of cheddar then their barbecue sauce. The end result was a mediocre barbecue beef sandwich. Their barbecue sauce is not fantastic (as is expected at a fast food chain). Overall, I'd recommend their Black Angus sandwich which has tastier sauces. This was not inedible, just not great.

I actually enjoyed the Brisket sandwich over the Black Angus. Stacks of beef piled with BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese.

Unfortunately, the best I can do is provide you with the Quiznos page. However, if you really want, send me your email and I can send you some post-processing pictures.

I enjoyed the black angus sandwich. But I had coupons and di not pay full price for bread cheese, sauce, meat. I would have liked some onions or tomatoes.

I'll try this one.

Beef? Good.

Ok, this will set off a very mild Quiznos rant.

They reduced their prices. Fine, great.

They also reduced the amount of stuff they put into the sub, and even reduced the size of some of their BUNS ie. Philly cheesesteak sub.

Keep the frickin' prices high, just give me the samn damn subs!

THEY GOT A PEPPER BAR!

Yeah, their prices are extremely high... one opened a couple of months ago a few blocks from the pizza shop I used to work at... lines are long at the pizza shop and other local places that make subs - no lines at the quiznos... they barely get any business other than during the first couple weeks when people were trying the place out. Thus, local shops (western NY) >> Quiznos

edit: oh, and the standard whole sub in my area is 16 inches or 24 inches... not the crappy little things you get at quiznos or subway.

How much for a standard 24" sub?

It's ok, just wanna see how small the actual sub is compared to the poster.

Most sub shops are around $8 or $9 for a 24" sub...
Everyone here knows you put the mayo on the roll, not sandwiched between the meat and the lettuce (ala Subway)
And, you can get any sub toasted...
Plus, hot pepper relish ftw!

I got a coupon e-mailed to me as well. I thought it looked incredible, and I was sure it would taste great.

I was sadly disappointed. I *love* Quiznos, but this sub was no good. To me, it tasted like a sloppy joe.

Oh well, as long as they keep the chicken carbonara on the menu then I am happy :)
