its on a MSI Neo2 Plat, with and an athlon 64 3000+. When I turn it the D-Bracket lights red on 2 and 3 and green on 1 and 4 showing a bios on. But it just sits and doesnt do anything. I pulled everything out except the vid card, ram and cpu, I've swapped vid cards, I tried pulling all the ram out and it still shows the same lights, the CPU fan is plugged into the CPU1 slots and I've reset the CMOS. I cant think of anything else...any ideas or tricks with these mobos?

Is your CPU the new 90 nm Winchester core?

If so, you probably need a BIOS update from MSI. Check out this link.
