Uber cute! I hope you train him right though, don't want him to end up at a shelter because of bad behavior 🙁. Read a few books if you haven't already!

how much you pay?

You don't want to know, I wish I didn't.

Not going to happen. My Great Pyrenees is borderline retarded and he is still around. Seriously, he's the dumbest thing on four legs I have ever seen. But I love the big bastard.

Hope you have a lot of money in the bank or get pet insurance.

Me and my vet have a good relationship.

Very cute. And no offense, but I can't imagine paying any significant amount of money for an animal when there are so many wonderful animals waiting to be adopted.

Just about any rescue dog over a year of age is gonna have issues.

Something you pay for from a good breeder comes with a clean slate. We have a GSD we raised from 8 weeks old, and we have one that we rescued.

The rescue is a great dog, but we cant let her around strange men because she will bite without warning. Probably wasn't socialized well as a puppy.

Theres a reason why most dogs are in the shelter. The owners are to blame for not raising them properly, but the dogs are the ones to end up with long lasting problems.

When you look at the overall cost of raising a dog through its lifetime, the $1000 or whatever you pay for a good dog is pretty minuscule.

yea, and you should never have a biological child when there are so many waiting for adoption.😛

Cute pup! what breed is it?

English Bulldog

I have adopted dogs before and currently have two cats from the shelter. In this particular case my wife has wanted on for a long time, so we got one.

Deal on the dog was to good to pass up. A wise financial move? No. Something I regret? No.

A pet is never a good "deal." Even if someone paid you $50 to take it, it's still not a deal.

Also, you need to learn how to use your EVO. It has an 8MP camera but it looks like a 2 year old snapped those pictures.

This thread isn't about financial advice or whether a dog is a wise purchase, let it go.

I am not a photgrapher, turned off the flash and took a couple pics. He didn't exactly want to sit still an pose.
