New project SiDock

Currently, this project has a tendency to run out of work overnight (in the admins' local time).

Anecdotal evidence suggests that Windows host are more likely to encounter hours of lack of work, because one of the two presently active workqueues, RxDock, does not have a Windows application.

Limit of tasks in progress: 2 per active logical CPU, 128 per host, whichever is less.

On the other hand, while the other active workqueue (MarieCurieDock CurieMarieDock) can potentially feed Windows, Linux, and Intel Mac computers, this application requires glibc 2.27 or newer on Linux. That is, older Linux systems can only run RxDock, but RxDock work is unavailable right now.

But it is possible to get around this: I posted a hack which gets a specific glibc 2.26 based Linux distribution going, and can possibly be implemented on other distributions too.
