lol there wouldnt be enough to lift much, it would basically just take off some of the weight. for companies an people that ship alot this could be good.
One problem is that helium atoms are so small, they "leak" through the material that they're encased in. Which is why helium-filled balloons seem to deflate on their own.

Hydrogen would be interesting. I imagine the UPS guys would have to get paid more since there is a good chance they could end up as grease spots on the sidewalk

Nah, I'm pretty sure you'd see more UPS flights "mysteriously crashing" though...
