new powersupply?

Hi i have a 350watt enermax powersupply and am planning on upgrading my computer.
the new computer as follows will be(most likely, but you will get the general idea)
*also, if you see a component(s) that you think i should reconsider please speak up*

Corsair 1024mb pc3200 clock2.5 (VS1GBKIT400)
939 a64 3200+
K8T Neo 2-F ( i dont know what the difference between it and the 'FIR' version are except for the firewire support)
NEC 3500A dvd-rw (DualLayer)
Seagate barracuda 7200rpm 200gb (sata)
GeForce 6600GT(128mb)
also,
maxtor 7200rpm 80gb (IDE)
floppy

I plan on perhaps doing overclocking but i doubt that ram has much headroom.

I think you should consider upgrading to a 6800GT and maybe a 420 + watt thermaltake, enermax, fortron, or antec. I've got an antex True 550 in my dads pc..in mine I have a thermal 420 watt silent power PSU. Each work great, but it's $37 vs. $90

the 6800GT is 100$ CDN more than the 6600GT(the 128mb version of each, the 256mb version of the 6800GT is 150$ more)
so my ps wont cut it you think?

actually for almost hte exact same price, i can get the 6800NU OC(128mb) from BFG and if i drop my cpu to the 3000+.
which would be better?
edit: or instead of the 6800NU oC i could get a 128mb 6800GT fir 33$ more

It would be nice if you listed the exact model of your PSU, as well as the amperage ratings on the different rails (listed on a sticker on the back/side of the PSU), but a *good* 350W PSU should be fine for the system you described (even with a 6800GT).

Looks OK to me. 17A on the 12V rail should be fine unless you want to add lots more disk drives, or you want to build an SLI rig or something like that.

These are the ratings for a Coolmax c400b like I picked up, not bad for a budget psu. save some $, works great been running it for 2 months solid.

+3.3V - 30A
+5V - 40A
+12V - 18A
-12V 1A
-5V 1A
5VSB 2.5A

Your PSU will definitely cut it..

Enermax, Antec and Sparkle IMO are the most highly reguarded on the forums.
