Girlfriend just got a new 12" Powerbook today. Shouldn't it come with Jaguar? Its got 10.2.7, kind of annoying wanted Expose.

She bought it from the Apple store, was hoping I could just call Apple and ask for a upgrade, or for them to install it at Apple store. Anyone have any input on it?
 
I trust you mean "Panther", since Jaguar is the codename for 10.2 IIRC. In any event, Apple does have what they call an "Up-To-Date" program, which makes your computer eligible for a $20 upgrade to 10.3.

Sweet, thanks for all the help. She called up and the guy at Apple store said it should have already been in the box. So, we have to make a run up to Apple store but seems like it won't be a problem.
