I would have to favor #3 mostly because of the font size, formal balance, interesting negative space, and the fluidness of the subject matter....
 
My old favorite was #3 but I like #1 it looks clean.

Two suggestions:
1) Add your area code. Your region may not require 10 digit dialing (YET) but what if you get a referral from another city or state and they don't have your complete phone number?
2) RE #1 it would be nice to see some more color at the top, maybe it's just me.

Yep, that's just a typo on the cards... on my real ones I put the area code.

Maybe I'll just print out both #1 and #3 and hand them out depending who the customer is. 😀

Oh yeah, the Dell error is over. 🙂

I really don't think you should use your own name in your company name. From what i've read, and learned, when you have your personal name in a company name, it gives the sense that you are a "1 man show", and it doesn't seem very professional.

But if you make a superior product, you'll also become more strongly identified with it - it's certainly paid off for Stephen Wolfram.
