Unfortunately, when people have big differences in skin tones, the exposure can be pretty difficult. What makes it worse is that the sun is coming in strongest on you as well, the guy who needs the least amount of light.

And I hope no one takes this the wrong way 🙂 Light is simply a pain in the ass in those conditions.
