I am on the far right in both pictures. My boss sent the pics to me and they appear to be low res and grainy. Is anybody able to bring out some natural tone in the pics and kill the super brightness?

I tried, but the exposure blends with some of the brightness that overlaps on your face, so it doesnt really make a difference when i adjust the contrast and curves.

I got the exact same thing dude. I didnt post cause the guy's face is still way too overexposed so it makes no difference. All that it affects is the clothing and some of the black people.
