New PC

Get some cheaper RAM. Yu will save over $100 and still get virtually the same performance. Also, you may want to look at some of the newer nforce4 offerings, especially DFI. It is supposed to be a much better OCer and higher quality. If you plan on doing any OCing, you may just want to get either a 3000+ or a 3200+. They will OC to the same level as the 3500+ and cost significantly less.
