New PC, Not Booting

I recently purchased an MSI K8N Neo4-F and AMD Athlon64 3000+. I built the system, booted it, and got an error.

0x0000007B(0xF79F7528,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I don't understand this error, and the Microsoft database didn't make any sense to me.

Please help me.
