New PC, Not Booting

I recently purchased an MSI K8N Neo4-F and AMD Athlon64 3000+. I built the system, booted it, and got an error.

0x0000007B(0xF79F7528,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I don't understand this error, and the Microsoft database didn't make any sense to me.

Please help me.

You need to list more system specs.

Also tell us when exactly the error occurs.

Never mind, I forgot to format my HD, and I also burned the .iso wrong for winxp 64-bit
