New PC Incoming - Checking cooling first

I'll preface this post with the fact that I'm a student, who lives in poorly ventilated dorms, rented rooms and apartments, where it is not uncommon for my ambient temperature to be 30C or higher.

This is the PC I'm looking to build over the next while - I've tried to pick good cooling parts, but I'd like to run by my choices with you first.

Case: Antec P180
Power Supply: Antech Truepower 2.0 550 watt
CPU: Athlon 64 x2 4400
Ram: 2x Corsair value select pc3200 DDR400 1GB
Motherboard: MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum
Video Card: Undecided... let's consider 7800gtx 512mb in terms of heat for now
Sound Card: Audigy 2 zs
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNP59500
Hdisks: unsure, raptor + some larger storage 7200.9 maybe

I have had a bad history of having to underclock my amd chips in the past, in order to maintain stability (or blow a room fan directly into the case). A quiet pc is essential for me, as it will be in a small room. I need a pc that will run COOL, even in a very warm room, but will also be fast and stable.

Any input you may have into this would be great - I don't plan on OC'ing at all, no cpu or gpu overclocking. I just want a pc that will be stable even in 30C + ambient temps.

Welcome to the forums-Man, that room temps killin' ya. Maybe you should consider water cooling. Other than that use large fans, 90-120"s, & keep wiring as tidy as possible for good flow. That's going to be a fine system, don't forget the log chain to tie that puppy down with!
