new pc compatibility question

Anyone have an opinion on whether these three parts are mutually compatible?

Zalman 9700 NT
Antech P182b case
Asus P5K Deluxe Wi-Fi Ap motheboard
 
I don't have Zalman but Tuniq tower. Check the website of both cooler for dimensions of the coolers. I guess that you wouldn't have a problem.
