You still got plenty of power.

BTW. 4 case fans are overkill too, and if you are not very careful, they will end up lessening the effect of each other. How good are you at aerodynamics?

Go for the DS3 instead of the DQ6. Change the RAM for the DDR2-800 Buffalo Firestix. They're cheaper and OC better.

Don,t forget the "Tuniq Tower" to cool your e6400 overclocked to 3.2
Best cooler on the market...... Put that in your 4 fan monster rig!
