1) Someone high up has done several speaches saying that distruction like this could have never been predicted. I'll leave out names since this isn't P&N.
2) Even knowing of these predictions so many people stayed. When will people learn? Is this finally going to be a wake up call to pay attention to these warnings?

While surfing thru the radio stations on the way to work this morning, I heard Mancow saying the above three were predicted by somebody (can't remember who) in August 2001.
