So... this is an appointment to fix my computer, and yet, not an appointment. Their technician is supposed to call me before coming to my house, they have been provided with my cell number, now let's see if they actually do so. If they do, then I get to inform them I was never contacted previously, and try to set up an appointment to fit my narrow windows of availability.

Generally, not happy with KBB's new design, but the browsing does now include a single picture of every year of the car, and that is helpful.
 
V8 Miata must be hilarious. Imagine how many people you must sucker in at street lights, thinking "oh, that cute little Miata, so slow" and "my BMW is teh awesome!". Plenty of people are foolish enough to miss that deep burbling note, and those gigantic slabs of rubber on the rear.
