Impossible. I'm coming from Boston, where we have a billion hospitals, so there's no ambulances heading north. Partway home, I pass another major hospital in Winchester, so again, no ambulances heading north.
It's a Friday afternoon in early summer. Lots of people are heading to NH. So they are either leaving work, and heading all the way up - instead of jumping off at their normal points. 128/95 is the ring road, so it's useless for getting to NH. Then I figure those people who, like me, aren't going north today, are either resignedly getting on the highway, or taking the roads that parallel the highway, making a mess of them.
Execute every single one of them who can't maintain flow of traffic pace, or has a cellphone in their hand, or a drink... and we'd get places in half the time. :awe:
