So, metadata the folder structure into the files? :biggrin:

That is exactly what I am trying to do. The issue is that they have hundreds of top-level folders. I told her that they could not have a single metadata field with hundreds of entries -- we could add several metadata fields with each having a few general categories and apparently that is too hard. I even gave them 20+ doc libraries to eliminate one layer of metadata.

Another favorite that I get once or twice a week, it seems: "IndyColtsFan, Joe Blow got an error message. Please fix it."

No error message is included in the email.
 
I only give computer support to my mom and a friend nowadays...still, it's amazing how many "problems" would they be able to solve themselves if they bothered to reboot before calling me :whiste:
