There's a Pex feed tube for something, I believe the dishwasher, that needs to move.
There's a copper narrow-gauge water feed to the refrigerator that also needs to move.
There's a heavy metal multiple-wire, which appears to head out to the porch, in need of being moved.
Also, there's a couple narrow wooden straps in an X-pattern that need to be moved.

Plus, I need to add a pair of 2x8's to expand the width of one of the joists.

And trying to build a metal rafter bag hanger with a minimum descent that can hold 125 pounds of a bag while being beaten profusely. The design is roughly known.

Motf: How much of your own $$$ are you going to pour into a place that you don't own and probably will move out of?

Within the next month, about $1000. Over the duration before I move out, total of about $2000.

If I actually make good use of it, I'm okay with that.
