Masonry quote #3 -- $1800 and he quoted more work than the other two. I have one more quote next Friday. The problem so far is that none of the quotes is perfect:

1. Quote #1 was $2K even but he says he won't warranty tuck pointing, which is the majority of the work.
2. Quote #2 was $2400 and had the warranty and a lot of good stuff.
3. Quote #3 was $1800 ($2060 if we want EVERYTHING recaulked) but I think he actually quoted the most work. I need his warranty terms, though.
