I'm hoping my current car lasts me 5 years so i'm putting 65% of what would be my car payment into a savings fund for that car. = $166.66 per month.

I do prioritize clean paint over performance mods. I might just have it painted black then make it faster. Later in life when it's super fast I'll add a racing stripe or two

That's a start. Plain black, if you keep the paint clean, looks great.
