Most of you I'd bet know that white light has multiple wavelengths, and for those of you who took physics, you may have done a laboratory experiment where you viewed a lamp, such as a mercury vapor lamp, through a diffraction grating and observed the color lines.
 
It's not the easiest of labs, because everyone's vision is different, and for some reason, it seems that a disproportionate number of science/math/engineering students wear glasses instead of normal vision or at least contacts - and glasses induce a variety of weird effects to this.
 
It may just be the sort of cramps I frequently get that progressively get worse all day, but in my leg... never had it bother my arm before though.
