Given the number of people involved, and the massive budgets available, I wonder how large corporations consistently have such shitty websites.
 
Verizon Live Chat regarding Quad Play. Their system says it's less now, they seem to be uncertain of how much I'm paying right now (really, can't figure that one out?), and it won't do a damn thing for the Wireless.
 
Live Chat was a joke. The woman on the other end was either a computer with simulated typing delay, or just reading off a checklist. What a waste.

List the quad play for $100, tell you what you pay monthly now, thus it looks good...

Except that what you are paying now includes the taxes, fees, surcharges, and additional services, whereas the quad play figure is just the base. OOPS!
