I return.

My snow tires, also 225/60R16, these ones Blizzak WS-60, all require replacement for next season. I sampled one of them for measurement, and found it to be less than 4/32" tread depth. So those are all overdue.

As for the summer tires, all of them are still above 4/32", with the best of them, in terms of tread depth, being the one with the flat spot.

Multiple differing results regarding temperature range for summer tires, 40, 50, 60 are tossed around a lot, different emphasis on how much that really matters, differing opinions on wet performance with respect to temperature, and some tires handle temperatures worse than others... DERP.

"The next factor is how you drive. If the plush toys and ball caps on your rear package shelf remain motionless under all driving conditions, you might get the claimed 70,000 miles from your tires. If you know on which interstate transition ramps it's possible to more than double the recommended speed, and you measure 60-foot times leaving stoplights, the same tires might not last 30,000 miles."

Oh, I know these things. And the contents of the car rarely sit still.

Frankly, though, you're driving a Honda econobox. Sorry to crush your dreams there, but I wouldn't be putting money into putting nice looking wheels on it.
