11 made it very user friendly basicly adding GUI frontends for a lot of already implemented features. Hopefully it starts gaining some more marketshare because of this. At least I hope so 😉

11 certainly looks pretty, I added a theme that ends up giving it a translucent Speed Dial background... unfortunately, Foxit PDF Reader has gotten that same translucence effect.

I swapped from Foxit to PDF X-change no real reason. I will warn I have not gotten PDFs to work great in Opera ever but I don't look at enough PDFs to figure out why.

Restarting the browser has restored the normal function of pop-up blocking.

Sweet deal. As for the gmail masking has always worked for me. I don't use the web stuff much anymore though since I setup Thunderbird with all my various accounts.

Foxit takes a little bit to load, but it's no worse than FireFox and Foxit. They show up translucent and overbright now, but I suspect that's the theme, the transparency level is equal.

You could setup your gmail in the Opera mail client to skip the gmail screw ups. I'll keep looking for a fix though.

Downsides... getting up in front of a large number of people to talk; being able to explain things to a variety of different learners; need to continue learning yourself; continued production of research.

I don't think talking in front of a large group of people takes very long to get over. I doubt any teacher even thinks about it for a second after they've been teaching for 6 months or more.
