New Nvidia drivers... w/ AMD&GF2, whats best combo?

Ok, freakin Nvidia puts out new drivers every time the wind blows! So I'm asking which drivers work out the best for you guys? currently i'm running the 12.6 drivers now. I mainly play Q3 and sometimes UT. I just got 4372 on 3Dmark2001.
I'm using the 4in1 Via 4.24 now. I tried the 4.31 really no diff. And I thought since most of the tests when my MB came out they were using the 4.24 drivers.. why not use them..? Let me know what your results/opinions are about the new drivers. (Nvidia & Via 4in1) -Thanx XRaider

notice the drivers they "put out" are not official releases, they are leaked beta drivers. the latest official drivers are 12.41 the latest leak is somewhere arround 12.60
 
Ok. gotcha but are you using them? Anyone else out there using them..?

im using the 12.41 officals. i downloaded the 12.60 but the readme didnt list the GF3(my card) so i didnt install them. wasnt feel adventuresome
 
i did see where the 12.60 supported the gf3....read it somewhere for sure....although i'm running 12.20 drivers i think... cant keep up, like you said new leaked drivers every week
