Want this?

You can have it for just $100!

Haha

I played this for 3 days, then made a bad decision and got a lousy car. I realized I would had to grind for another 3 days to replace the car or pay about $3 for it so I just stopped playing.

Some people pay thousands of dollars for a night with a hooker. How is this any different?

It's not your money.

It's not your money.

To use your example, this is like paying $5,000 for an ugly hooker with busted teeth when you could instead have a threesome with gorgeous young ladies for the same price.

If you say so. You can't put a monetary value on someone else's entertainment and aesthetic choices.

While that is true, the point of micro-transaction based stuff is that it is suppose to seem cheap where if you really think about it its not. not have a big one shot item like this

yeap. micro transactions are going to be the death of gaming.

Wasn't there a PS driving game that came with 2 tracks and 3 cars? you had to buy the other tracks and cars? to get the full game it was like $500?

Again, your definition of cheap versus the Sheikh of Dubai's definition of cheap have no merit to the conversation at hand. $100 may be ridiculous to you, but to someone that has the money and likes the item... and that is all that matters.

Long story short: If you don't like it, nobody is forcing you to buy it. So why complain about it?

F2P games, microtransactions, and grinding can all go fuck themselves.

Grinding in a racing game? Don't make me lol. 😀

Just make sure you let no one, absolutely no one, know you buy it for $100.

Friend: what car did you buy for NFS World?
You: If I tell you I'll have to kill you.

"EA has just announced C&C Tiberium Alliances"

That's the most interesting bit there and an even bigger facepalming.

To the microtransation whiners, see World of Tanks. Where microtransactions does not equal pay to win.

TF2 is another exception. Some people would argue LoL too.

But other than those, most F2P games are shit.
