To be honest, we can give you some basic answers, but if you need to ask these questions you're really better off to find a local expert to survey the site and tell you exactly what you need.

I was going to say pretty much the same thing, kaveen. This should be handled by a professional.

If you have some specific issues we can offer some advice, but as it is you are being way too vague.

With the questions you are asking, and inability to clearly identify the needs, you are absolutely better off bringing in a professional. That said...

With the fiber being delivered to your new office, do you need a media converter or is the ISP delivering copper to your IDF closet?

If you have copper- a firewall is the first thing you want. Sonicwall's are cheap, effective and the wizards should get you where you need to go. From there, a cheapo Cisco SG series small biz switch will be up and running with minimal config.

For wifi- I like Aruba and Meraki, but you will need a vendor for those products.

This is very high level and there is plenty to be configured beyond this convo. Much more than could effectively be communicated via forums since troubleshooting is going play a large role here. Look for a local MSP and see if you can get a one-off project or proposal from them.
