No reseller ID is needed, just read carefully. It asks for "Reseller Tax ID*", not a reseller ID per se. That is just in case a reseller wants to sign up and be tax-free. I just signed up at MSI's home page for their outlet deals. Anyone can do it.

That is the link that I was trying to paste, but for some reason it always came up as giberish when I clicked on it once the message was updated. Thanks for posting it.
