Which one of these mp3 players would be best?

SanDisk - Sansa e260 4GB

or

Samsung - P2 4GB

There's a ~$80 price difference but besides that does one stand out over the other?

I need a new mp3 player but honestly could do with 2GB or so. I would like drag/drop feature so I do not have to install software. Other than that I would like it to come with decent heaphones (especially if it's ~$200). If it's closer to ~$100 I wouldn't mind picking up some aftermarket headphones.

Any opinions or other suggestions?

I found that I started using my mp3 player alot more since I got one on my phone. I guess just because I always have it with me so I tend to use it more.

EDIT: if your looking for a good mp3 player phone
here is mine(kind of getting old now)

heres another good one

But those will only work if you've got a GSM cell service(Tmobile, cingular, att mainly)
2gb memory cards for those phones are 20-30 bucks, and when you plug it into you PC all you have to do is drag over the files.

Not sure if you want one in phone but it is something to think about.

My m240 does, so I would imagine the e260 does as well. I would personally go with the Sansa because of the microSD expansion slot, which seems a more useful feature than the Samsung's bluetooth streaming. Although the Samsung looks sleeker, you obviously care more about function than design, hence your exclusion of the iPod. You say you don't need more than 2 GB, but more storage is always better and MicroSD cards are crazy cheap nowadays.

I can't speak for this model, but my m240 has been to hell and back and still functions perfectly.
