I'm using it right now on Win XP. It's not that bad. So far, switching from two Mozilla browser windows has been a bit slower compared to IE. Plus, they still have not implemented the CTRL + ENTER for use with URLs. I like this feature in IE. Also, it does not seem to "word wrap" my text on this text box I'm typing right now.
 
Wow! I just found out that it includes an IRC chat client. That's a first for a web browser. The client is not that bad. It's got the basic needs.
