New motherboard to run vista x64 and OC

So I was informed the motherboard I was going to get was out of stock at NCIX and I need a new one. I want something that is under $150 and will overclock and run vista x64. I want a motherboard that is stable.

I was really looking at the asus p5k, but I have read a ton of reviews about how the BIOS always mess up and it has problems with vista. Any thoughts on that. I like the p5k the most because it has two PCI-E x16 in case I get a 2nd GPU and want to crossfire.

So crossfire ability is kind of important, but not as much as the other things I listed. It is important that the item is in stock right now so that hopefully NCIX can get me my computer my Christmas.

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P for $172CAD is probably about the closest you are going to come to the features/price you want.
Abit IP35 Pro for $192CAD is another great board but costs a bit more.

If price is more of an issue than having crossfire, this is easy:
Abit IP35-E for $125CAD is an awesome OC board (see my sig).
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R for $150CAD is equivalent to IP35-E but also offers Raid and Firewire.
