New motherboard, new video card, "old" PSU?

I recently got a DFI LP UT P35-T2R, a 4850 & a WD640. This is going in a Stacker case loaded up w/120mm fans (5) & a fan controller. The cpu will be a Q6700 that i'll probably overclock. I also have 2xSamsung SH-S203 DVD-R/W's.
My question is, will my 520HX be enough for this? I'm not planning on doing the dual graphic cards, but I may add another hdd.
If the 520HX won't be enough, what's the quality on this BFG 800W I got lying around here somewhere? It's a BFGR800WPSU.
Thanks.

The BFG is no very efficient, no 8pin PCIe connector,Not modular, and some people say PCI-E cables too short ,only 17".And nowhere as relaible as the 520HX.
Your 520HX should handle it fine. I have one in My P182 with the same MB as you, a Q6600 over clocked to 3200 with Thermalright 128 Black Extreme, 6 120mm Scythe S-Flex Fan - SFF21E fans, a Western Digital 640gb HD, EVGA 8800GT SSC Passive w/Arctic Cooling ACCELS1 Rev 2 VGA Cooler, 4 GB ram and 2 DVD Buners.

I assume 4850 consumes less power than 9800gtx which i have

what i have:

q9450 @ 3.2
9800gtx sc
4 x 1 gb ddr2
2 samsung dvdr
5 120mm case fans
1 200mm case fan
92mm cpu fan
velociraptor
wd640 x 2
4 usb devices

all on a crappy kingwin 520w modular

i think you will do fine with that psu since most of the ppl say 520hx is reliable and efficient.
