Hello, I would some input, on which is the best possible monitor I can get for under $250. I am a Gamer and would like 1680 x 1050 resolution.

I use a Sceptre 19" X9 1280 x1024 and a Samsung 15" Syncmaster 510n 1024 x768
I like the Sceptre but side by side I like the Samsung better. I would not hesitate to buy another Sceptre in fact I did tonight for a freinds B-day. Don't forget to buy a DVI cable!
 
The acer looks very nice and so does the Samsung but for $50 less I fell that the SCEPTRE is a better choice. I got 250 but only 250 if there is a much better monitor.

Now the thing thats bothering me is that the Sammy has no hight adjustment. I don't know about the SCEPTRE either if it has hight adjustments. I don't want it to low because this chair that I sit at is already at the lowest possible setting and I don't want to be staring down at the screen.

I am looking more to the sammy now but I still really haven't made my decision.
 
No height adj on the sceptre,,,, I use a wall mount so it is irrelevant to me, one note though mine has speakers built in, they suck. If you buy a monitor w/ speakers don't expect much.
