New monitor, need software for calibration

I recently bought a Samsung Syncmaster S24B350H, but I'm having trouble calibrating it properly.. partly because I'm colourblind.
I was hoping there's some decent software that can help me adjust colour saturation, brightness, contrast and all that good jazz?

Use a colorimeter or don't bother.

Don't really want to spend anymore money, I just need something to approximate the right settings. I only use it for gaming anyway.
