No problem. No, from what I've seen the real response time is basically identical. Your only source for response time data should be professional reviews of existing monitors. Don't believe what the monitors tech specs say, and even read the original panel specs with a grain of salt. TFTCentral.co.uk know what they are doing. PRAD.de too, though many of their reviews are only in German.
The currently accepted best-standard for measuring response time is by using a photosensor and an oscilloscope (for the actual measurements) combined with a subjective visual test (using PixPerAn) to check that the use of technologies like overdrive are not compromising the picture quality during motion.
