To each his own. I like the mods myself which is why i did them. I did want to get some feedback so I posted it here.
 
i like, butif you put altezzas on it i will blow up your car.

BTW, there was a Mitsu Eclipse at my apt complex this morning that was powered by VTEC.

come on now, there's no need for this... i agree, but you don't have to bash him about it... everyone has their own opinions on things, and you have to respect that. if you don't like it, just say it, there's no need to flame him.

i personally think your mods are pointless, but if you like them, good for you... but if i were you and i were doing "bolt ons" i'd go under the hood before i go exterior, but that's just me.
 
Well said slik. I am going to attack the engine and do some suspension mods. But im gonna wait till my warrenty expires. I dont feel like dealing with the warrenty voided b.s.

Why waste money upgrading the engine/suspension on an econobox daily driver? Save it up and do a project car, or something.
 
Very true have been tossing that idea around as well. This is my daily driver and will just have exterior mods. I'll find another car, dont know what yet... and do all the modding. Make a show car.
 
2 things wrong with this car:


1. nasty gold badges
2. SCREAMING TO BE LOWERED! LOOK AT THAT WHEEL GAP!

other than that, i like the mesh in the front.. looks toight... 😛

I know I am going for bigger tires and wheels. Looking at spring sets. Im just holding off due to some of the people that have lowered this car are having problems. Im awaiting to see what their outcome is.

ugg, no offense but I find it to be an ugly car to begin with and you haven't helped that. Like said, the mesh grills are overplayed and look bad.

I can't stand the stock "body kit" on those, especially the part that wraps around the rear bumper at each side...
 
If I were you, I would de-badge the car. It gives it a much cleaner look. Tints are nice, been thinking of doing that to my car for a while. The front looks pretty good, I just don't know if I agree with the rear visor. Also, I am not a fan of the black strips on the edge of the doors (If i am seeing them correctly).

What is the stock tire size? 17's shouldn't rub unless the diameter of the new tire is greater than that of the old one. You should be able to reduce the sidewall sufficiently such that there is no difference.

I see the members of the anti-rice inquisition are starting to assemble. There's nothing wrong with modding your car, just keep it tasteful. Alot of these people are just kids who point and laugh at other people's cars while being carted around in the back seat by mommy and daddy. 😛
