New Mod on my XPC (again)

I think I'm going mod crazy on my Shuttle. Today i just made a mesh window into the side of the xpc, really helps show off the 5 cent LEDs I installed. Took about 3 hours to do. I used a mesh pencil holder, Dremel and drill. Thats about it =)

Heres the finished work. Sorry of the bluriness

I still have some mesh left over so i think I might install an over head window. Either that or a top blowhole

Fixed, it was JPG instead of jpg

Not with Shuttle's ICE system. THeres a heatsink w/ heat pipes leading directly to the back fan. My idle is 29, i think im safe. THe only worry i have is dust

Nice mod, next you should add rubber tubing around the edge of the window and see if it looks any better.

The window view is just asking for a nice video card too 😉

I just got my new SLK3700AMB in, and I'll be using those brand new fiberglass reinforced cutting wheels to remove the grills, and finish up with the grinding stone.

Where did you get the mesh again?

haha i was going to ask you for the picture but i forgot also.

The mesh is actually a pencil holder I got at office depot.

Ended up fitting almost perfect, just had to trim some off length wise.
