New Mobo Issue.

Ok so I just set up my new case right, Ive narrowed it down to a MOBO isshue. So I figured the problem should go here.
MY new Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
I get to the the BIOS startup screen, gives me a few options TAB: for Post Screen, DEL for BIOS Setup, few others. None work but tab, then I get there and the only option that works on the screen is DEL Bios Setup, and when I hit it it just changes the on screen Message to Prepare to Enter Set Up and sits there. Ive let it go for 20+ Minutes and no change. Anyone got any thoughts?
