New MOBO for A64 3400!!! Help!!!

Could some one please point me in the right direction for a HAULL ass motherboard for an A64 3400 newcastle.

I plan on overclocking the living hell out of this with my EXOS water cooling system and my Crucial Ballistix memory (PC4000)

i heard the ASUS k8N E

any one have any better mobo's than this for example?
 
most will say the dfi lanparty nf3 board.

I just got this epox 8kda3j board this weekend and for $73.00, I dont think it can be beat.

the DFI eh? a few guys have told me this too. the board layout is identicle the asus K8N-E Deluxe.... Kinda cool.

Does the DFI Lanparty have an AGP/PCI lock at 66 mhz or somthing? i know you need that to overclock.

If anybody knows. is the multiplier locked or unlocked on the A64 3400 newcastle?

becuase i notice in some screenshots of the DFI bus you can change the multiplier....
 
yes, it has a lock. The nforce3 chipset allows for an agp lock

The multipler is not locked--it will allow you to drop down in multipliers, but not go up.
 
What are the major differences between the ASUS k8N E Deluxe and the DFI Lanparty NF3?

It's a tough choice. WHat are the major things between these 2 boards......

other than price of course =)
