New Mobile Graphics Chips?

Hey guys I was just wondering is there any hint of new/improved mobile graphics chipsets being released before August?

I am looking to buy a gaming laptop sometime between now and August, but if there are any rumors or even better confirmations of newer mobile chips being released towards August I would just wait.

I want this laptop to play DX 9 games as best as it can...because I want it to last me a long time, and still be able to play the latest games in a year or 2 with decent graphics settings.
 
The 9700 is probably going to be the king of the hill for Mobile graphics until ATI's next mobile chip. I know Nvidia's FX5600 GOs couldn't touch the mobile 9600s, and the last benches I saw of the FX5700 were barely able to tie the mobile 9600.
 
Well Hypersonic PC on their P4 based machine with a 17" display already offers a 256 MB version of the 9700 mobility...so I might get that gotta decide which chipset I want to go with first!
